## Description

Figma is seeking an Immigration Program Manager to support its growing Immigration and Global Mobility programs.

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for visa-sponsored employees, managing immigration cases and compliance while providing a high-touch employee experience.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary contact for employees and stakeholders on immigration inquiries, visa assessments, case status, and strategy

- Manage a high-volume immigration case portfolio across US, EMEA, JAPAC, and LATAM

- Coordinate with outside immigration counsel on case petition preparation, timelines, RFE responses, audits, and compliance matters

- Track and proactively manage work authorization expirations across the foreign national population

- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to assess immigration sponsorship feasibility for new hires and internal transfers

- Develop and maintain employee-facing immigration resources, FAQs, playbooks, and compliance documentation

- Monitor regulatory changes and manage internal reporting, trackers, dashboards, and I-9 compliance efforts

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience managing immigration for EMEA, APAC, and AMER at a global technology company or employment-based immigration law firm

- Deep subject-matter expertise in U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories

- Experience managing multiple vendors and supporting complex immigration matters

- Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting immigration needs related to M&A activity

- Strong expertise in Singapore immigration and the COMPASS framework

- Working knowledge of international assignment management

- Familiarity with cross-border tax concepts
