## Description

We are seeking a Factory Planning expert to join NVIDIA's Regional Factory Planning organization. As a Factory Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliable, scalable, and timely supply of high-performance products to customers worldwide.

You will work closely with Supply Chain, Inventory Control, Engineering, and contract manufacturing (CM) partners to support build commits, refine operational execution, and increase planning efficiency. This position involves using AI-enabled analytics and automation tools to improve efficiency, decision quality, and responsiveness in a dynamic high-tech manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

- Drive build commits by balancing demand, manufacturing constraints, and CM capabilities while identifying supply risks.

- Monitor and execute weekly factory build plans, ensuring actual delivery meets committed plans and OTD targets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to guarantee plan feasibility and implementation.

- Monitor CM capacity, identify gaps, and support mitigation plans to resolve constraints impacting production.

- Partner with Inventory Control Planners to ensure balanced inventory for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

- Use AI, analytics, and automation tools to improve planning efficiency, scenario analysis, and predictive risk assessment.

- Identify and drive automation opportunities to streamline repetitive planning tasks.

- Continuously improve planning processes to increase accuracy, responsiveness, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience.

- More than 5 years of experience in factory planning, production planning, or supply chain management within a regional or global manufacturing setting, ideally in high-tech industries.

- Strong understanding of factory operations, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution in a CM-based model.

- Hands-on experience with AI, advanced analytics, automation, or digital tools to increase efficiency, planning accuracy, or decision-making.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and converting it into actionable plans.

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively alongside cross-functional teams and external CM partners.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment while continuously learning and adapting to new technologies.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights to collaborators.
