## Description

We are seeking a Performance Analyst to support Wholesale Banking and Branch performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability, Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), and key business performance indicators.

- Collaborate with Business Heads, team leaders, and Finance stakeholders to understand performance drivers and support business initiatives.

- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to provide timely insights on business performance.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.

- Conduct client, product, and segment profitability analysis to support business decision-making.

- Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and data analytics.

Requirements:

- Degree holder in accounting, business, finance, or relevant disciplines.

- Good understanding of performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Experience in data visualization, automation, or financial systems would be an advantage.
