## Description

We are seeking a Manager, Sales Training to lead the execution of innovative training programs for our sales force.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Designing, developing, and implementing sales training programs to maximise effectiveness of the sales force

- Conducting periodic needs analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs

- Developing learning solutions, including job aids, eLearning, videos, podcasts, and case studies

- Managing projects, including reinforcement training, Train the Trainer certifications, and other programs

- Collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors across geographies

- Establishing metrics to measure performance of learning solutions and evaluating data to synthesise insights

- Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and communication strategies for training initiatives

Requirements:

- 5+ years in Sales Enablement or Learning and Development or related function

- CPG industry experience

- Experience integrating business training needs into learning solutions

- Proven experience with managing and facilitating sales learning experiences with sales personnel

- Strong facilitation skills

- Design and development of blended learning solutions – ILT, Digital, AI enabled

- Strong project management, consultative, and communication skills

- Ability to think strategically and synthesise complex business issues

- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Salary: $92,000 - 138,000 + cash incentives
