## Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our CIO Strategy & Operations team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will personally own the delivery of high-impact programs that span multiple business domains and technologies, combining deep subject matter expertise with hands-on execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead strategic programs and projects of significant complexity, risk, and visibility from initiation through execution

- Translate business strategy into actionable project plans, owning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization across multiple concurrent projects or a program

- Apply and help evolve governance structures, operating rhythms, PMO standards, tooling, and methodologies, including AI-enabled approaches

- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact delivery

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across a wide range of business functions

- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior and executive stakeholders on your projects

- Act as a recognized subject matter expert, mentoring and guiding other project managers

**Required Qualifications:**

- 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience

- Direct experience owning budget, scope, and resourcing decisions across multiple concurrent projects or a program

- Proven experience negotiating and engaging directly with senior and executive stakeholders

- Deep understanding of project management methodologies

- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program/project management certification

- Experience with software development life cycles and technology-enabled process design

- Technical fluency across modern enterprise systems and architectures

- Strong strategic acumen

- Experience operating within a global, matrixed technology organization
