## Description

We are seeking a Vice President & GFH, Biologics to lead our biologics franchise across strategy, execution, and capability building. The successful candidate will set the global vision and translate it into measurable market impact, owning franchise commercial and R&D strategy, brand P&L stewardship, LCM launches, geographic expansion, global advocacy, Life Cycle Management and AI-enabled go-to-market models.

Key responsibilities include:

- Strategic leadership, geographic expansion, and portfolio stewardship

- Financial and operational ownership

- Accelerating brand growth underpinned with advocacy, access, and evidence generation

- Driving R&D biologics franchise program

- Market access, pricing, and risk management

- AI-enabled commercial excellence and measurement

- External leadership and partnerships

- People and culture

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of biopharma commercial roles, with a proven track record of delivering P&L or enterprise-level outcomes across multiple regions. They will also have experience leading large, complex, cross-functional global programs, including launches and lifecycle management in highly competitive categories.
