## Description

We are looking for a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas in Stuttgart. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations. You will transform customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors by providing excellent customer service and embodying our style. Your key responsibilities will include:

Steering our KPIs upwards and exceeding expectations
Transforming customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors
Teamwork is essential for your success
Providing excellent customer service and embodying our style

Your qualifications should include:

Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and the willingness to represent our brand
Ideally, experience as a make-up artist
Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
Deutsch level B2
