## Description

We are seeking a Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for providing a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted beverages and managing food quality and freshness.

Responsibilities:

- Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments

- Greet guests, help them find what they need, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience

- Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations

- Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards

- Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, in-stock routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing and storing reserve product

- Always be aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks

- Follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent experience for guests while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety

Requirements:

- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required

- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed

- Work both independently and with a team

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot

- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
