## Description

We are seeking a mid-level Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across technology teams focused on data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

This role partners closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent sprint execution, delivery transparency, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

- Support Agile teams in delivering committed sprint objectives with predictability and quality

- Identify, track, and help remove delivery impediments and risks

- Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria

- Manage dependencies across engineering, data, automation, and business teams

- Track and report Agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput)

- Provide clear delivery status updates and escalate risks as needed

- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams

Required Qualifications:

- 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role

- Experience supporting technology delivery teams (software, data, automation, or AI)

- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile delivery frameworks

- Experience with Agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar

- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent)

- Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments

- Experience supporting globally distributed or offshore teams

- Exposure to automation platforms (e.g., UiPath) or AI-related initiatives
