## Description

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team at Pullman Kuching, a 389-room hotel located in the heart of Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications strategies to strengthen the hotel's brand positioning, increase awareness, drive revenue opportunities, and support the overall commercial objectives of the hotel.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing all aspects of hotel communications, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, media relations, campaigns, promotions, brand communications, and internal communications

- Working closely with Sales, Revenue, Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, and other departments to ensure alignment with business priorities and Accor brand standards

- Developing engaging ideas, campaigns, and content to strengthen the hotel's positioning

- Understanding how marketing activities contribute to room, F&B, and overall hotel revenue

- Building effective relationships with media, agencies, suppliers, Accor teams, and internal stakeholders

- Focusing on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field

- Experience in a hotel Marketing & Communications role is highly preferred

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and online advertising
