In this role, you will:

- Be responsible for ensuring teams deliver in line with demand statements

- Plan and prioritise day-to-day services across teams

- Support implementation of change programmes, including Global Standards

- Develop and implement Operating Procedures in accordance with the Business Services Operating Model

- Establish targets for teams to meet overall goals in Production Quality, Service Quality, Financial Performance

- Identify opportunities to improve service quality across teams

- Establish goals for team members and manage their performance

- Support line managers for coaching and development of individual team members

- Recruit team members within agreed headcount plans

- Cascade communication across teams

- Ensure effective use of resources and Production Management tools to deliver established levels of Production Quality

- Manage resources to ensure performance levels meet agreed standards

- Ensure effective use of controls to manage operational risk

- Respond to escalations, resolving or escalating issues in a timely manner

To be successful in this role, you need:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations or a directly related business/function

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a checker/supervisor role

- Clear understanding of multiple operational workflows and associated operational controls

- Proven track record of high-level customer service

- Effective communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills
