## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Systems Development Manager – AVP – Post-Trade Systems – IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and application support of HKEX’s market systems.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for system development and project implementation activities including business requirement analysis, application development, system testing, and documentation.

- Design and develop systems with modern technologies, such as Cloud and containers.

- Collaborate with teams across IT and business departments in various aspects.

- Provide production system support and performance tuning work.

- Work closely with mainland colleagues and travel to Shenzhen occasionally.

- Undertake any other assignments and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development in large-scale systems and mission-critical in nature.

- Solid knowledge in Linux, Database, CI/CD, and Cloud technologies.

- Strong skills in programming languages: Java, Javascript, SQL, and shell programming.

- Experience in OpenAPI and application security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, API security, etc.) will be an advantage.

- Proficiency in SDLC methodology and documentation.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Good analytic mind, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
