You are an experienced ASIC Digital Design Engineer with strong depth in RTL design and verification. **Responsibilities:**

- Design and verify complex ASIC blocks and subsystems to meet functional, performance, and quality goals

- Work closely with analog design, physical design, and applications engineering teams to support successful integration across the design flow

- Develop and execute test plans to verify functionality, performance, and design quality

- Apply industry-standard EDA tools and methodologies to improve power, performance, and area outcomes

- Solve complex technical issues within your area of ownership and contribute to team problem-solving

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to support their growth

- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices while continuing to build technical expertise

**Requirements:**

- BSEE, BSCE +8 year or higher degree +6 years of industry experience.

- Strong experience in ASIC digital design and verification, with solid RTL design expertise

- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools and design and verification methodologies

- Strong understanding of High-Performance Interface IP protocols and ASIC implementation considerations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex technical challenges

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
