Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

In this role, you will work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 18:00 to 22:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
