## Description

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to undertake cleaning duties at Herbert Parkinson in Darwen, Lancashire. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene standards and cleanliness in all areas of the site.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the branch and Partner garden area

- Clean main and auxiliary toilets, mop floors, check stock levels, and ensure all stock levels are maintained

- Clean offices, dust, vacuum, polish, and regularly check air conditioning filters

- Maintain high levels of cleanliness in the Partner Dining Room, including floor cleaning, mopping, high-level dusting, clearing of refuse, and transporting refuse to suitable recycling or waste skips

- Clear general refuse and recycling bins around the branch and perform general litter picking around the perimeter of the branch, branch yard, and branch car park

- Ensure all meeting rooms are stocked with necessary equipment, dirty crockery is removed to the kitchen, and rooms are cleaned, polished, and vacuumed following the weekly rota

- Clean all glass and mirrors throughout the branch where necessary and according to the rota

**Requirements:**

- Good work ethic

- Ability to work as an individual and collaboratively with colleagues

**Desirable Skills:**

- Previous cleaning experience or current qualifications (training will be given)

**Pay and Benefits:**

- £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days)

- Night Premium of £3.75 per hour for work between 22:00 - 06:00

**Working Hours:**

- Monday to Friday, 2 hours per day, 3 pm - 5 pm
