## Description

EarnIn is seeking a Compensation Analyst II to join their Total Rewards team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of global compensation and equity programs.

The Compensation Analyst II will have direct responsibility for maintaining salary structures, running market analyses, administering equity grants, and supporting annual cycles. They will partner closely with People Partners, Finance, Legal, and the equity platform provider to keep programs running smoothly and evolving as the company scales.

Key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining and refining global salary bands and job architecture

- Conducting benchmarking using survey sources and providing recommendations on pay positioning

- Supporting annual merit, promotion, and compensation review cycles

- Administering equity grants and serving as the primary liaison with the equity platform and internal Finance/Legal teams

- Building and maintaining compensation dashboards and reports

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical function, solid understanding of broad-based compensation principles, and proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

In return, EarnIn offers a remote base salary range of $113,000-$139,000, plus equity and benefits.
