**About the Role**

Customer Centricity - This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Proposition Strategy & Development: Define and evolve segment strategies and customer proposition across channels to drive business goals. Translate customer needs, market trends, and business strategy into viable insurance offerings.

- Customer & Market Insights: Analyse customer behaviour, needs, and pain using internal and external research and data analytics. Monitor market trends, digital innovations, and competitor offerings.

- Proposition Delivery & Execution: Act as SME, manage proposition launch plans, and collaborate with distribution channels to drive business growth.

- Performance Management: Monitor key metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimisation marketing strategies.

**Minimum Job Requirements:**

- University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in bancassurance/insurance industry

- Mature, creative, and business-minded with excellent marketing skills

- Strong project management and financial analytical skills, with excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities

- Good timeline management skill

- Strong communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English

- Ability to handle multi-tasks in a fast-paced work environment and prioritise work assignments

- Insurance product knowledge would be an advantage
