## Description

We are seeking a Housekeeping Clerk to join our team at JW Marriott in Hong Kong. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. You will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard, and that all housekeeping functions are carried out efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

- Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas

- Restocking amenities and supplies

- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the housekeeping area

- Providing exceptional customer service to guests

- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve high standards

Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 50 pounds

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards
