## Description

Athena Group Advisors is seeking a Property Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team. The role reports to the Director of Property Management and involves comprehensive oversight of luxury residences and related assets for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Client Relationship Management: serving as a trusted point of contact for all property operations, maintenance, projects, and ongoing needs

- House Management: overseeing daily operations of primary residences, vacation homes, and investment properties

- Staff Management: recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervising household staff

- Vendor Management: sourcing, vetting, negotiating, and overseeing third-party service providers

- Financial Management: preparing and managing operating and capital budgets

- Asset Management: overseeing ancillary assets including automobiles, art collections, wine cellars, and specialty equipment

- Security & Risk Management: managing physical security systems and access controls

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, property management, or a related field, and 8+ years of total work experience, including 4+ years of experience managing luxury estates and/or private households.

The base salary for this New York-based position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and responsibilities. The role also includes a discretionary incentive compensation program and a full benefits package.
