## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking an Associate Producer II to lead the DCL Assets team within EA SPORTS FC. As an Associate Producer, you will translate the strategic vision for authentic football content into actionable plans and lead the delivery of licensed assets across all EA SPORTS FC releases.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of licensed football content integration across EA SPORTS FC releases

- Translate FC strategy into clear roadmaps, quarterly plans, and measurable goals

- Provide leadership and mentorship to producers within the team

- Lead the vision for the future of licensed asset management

Experience:

- Experience leading an area of production scope

- Advanced understanding of football licensing and assets

- Excellent partner management and working effectively across distributed teams and time zones

- Experience driving innovation and operational efficiency
