## Description

We are seeking a Service Agent to join our Customer Centre team at the Porsche Experience Centre in Leipzig. As a Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our national and international guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service to our guests

- Ensure smooth service operations while adhering to quality standards

- Prepare and conduct conference catering events

- Assist with coffee bar operations

- Help with event preparation and wrap-up

- Manage daily guest catering accounts and order supplies for the service area

**Requirements:**

- Completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant management

- Initial work experience (typically less than 2 years) in the gastronomy industry

- Good English language skills

- Independent work style and flexibility

- High team and customer orientation with a strong service attitude
