## Description

We are seeking a strong leader, communicator, and problem solver to join the Card Tech Finance team as a Senior Finance Manager. You will lead, develop, and support associates to deliver their best work, and provide financial insights to influence strategy, prioritization, and outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the Card Tech finance team, supporting talent development, team agenda, and driving impactful outcomes

- Acting as a strategic advisor to the Tech organisation and integrating into the leadership team

- Communicating financial results and forecasts within the context of business priorities

- Building relationships across the organisation to deliver on Card's agenda

- Providing financial leadership and leveraging financial insights to influence actions and results

- Creating executive-ready presentations to communicate analytic insights

General responsibilities include:

- Attracting, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports

- Creating connections across the team and organisation to drive collaboration

- Owning budget and forecast accuracy for areas of responsibility

- Evaluating analytical results and formulating recommendations using sound business judgment

- Accurately analysing and explaining key cost drivers and annual financial trajectory

- Providing strategic insights and suggesting actions to business and finance partners

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or military experience, at least 7 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling, at least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, and at least 1 year of people management experience.

In terms of salary, the range for this role is $177,700 - $202,800 per year for McLean, VA, and $161,500 - $184,300 per year for Richmond, VA.

The role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
