## Description

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Alliance Manager to build and expand relationships with large Indian Global System Integrators (GSIs). The ideal candidate will have a blend of leadership, technical acumen, and business insight.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement partnership strategies with Indian SIs to grow their Okta practice

- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to drive initiatives and foster relationships

- Own the annual partnership planning process, including joint investments, target customers, pipeline, and execution plans

- Establish regular business and executive interlocks to ensure alignment and mutual success

- Identify key areas of opportunity and growth within the partnership framework

- Provide leadership and understand global-to-local dynamics

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in building alliances with Global Systems Integrators

- Recent experience working within the Indian GSI landscape, with existing relationships with Wipro, TCS, Infosys, and HCL

- Proven experience in strategic alliance management, preferably in the security sector

- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge relevant to identity and access management

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to set strategy, plan effectively, and drive execution

- Willingness to travel as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
