## Description

This Junior Credit Controller role supports day-to-day Credit and Collections activities, ensuring excellent and compliant daily operations with proper process documentation and issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will have a university or college degree, fluent English and German language skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and solid PC literacy with strong Excel, SAP, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities include:

- Proactive cash collection and customer ledger maintenance according to KPIs

- Handling queries and driving issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction and service efficiency

- Maintaining process documentation and building knowledge about internal and external business partners

- Managing relationships both externally and internally in a professional manner
