## Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department team at Parnall Law in Albuquerque, NM.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all our communications.

**Responsibilities:**

- Establish and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and professional brand image across all materials

- Design and update printed materials to effectively communicate the firm's message and enhance its market presence

- Create engaging digital content, including newsletters, social media graphics, and more

- Design visually appealing monthly newsletters that effectively communicate the firm's news, achievements, and articles of interest to clients and partners

- Develop innovative designs for brochures, posters, banners, and promotional materials for events and community outreach programs

- Create informative infographics and presentations for both internal and external use

- Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with the marketing team to manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines

- Coordinate with printers and other vendors to ensure quality production of materials

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in Graphic Design preferred

- 2 years of experience in graphic design

- Ability to work on-site Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 and Fridays 8:00-4:00

- Ability to pass a background check

- Attend firm huddles and mini huddles

- Meet deadlines for design tasks (95%+ delivered on time)

- Limit errors (0-3 per quarter)

- Design a monthly internal newsletter

- Store design assets correctly in shared folders

- Design and print 4 mission posters annually

- Complete approximately 20 design projects per quarter

- Maintain and update the brand style guideline
