## Description

We are seeking an Associate - Architecture to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

As an Associate - Architecture, you will lead the delivery of architectural technical design solutions across all project stages. You will establish and manage the technical design delivery strategy, programme, and outputs in collaboration with project leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the delivery of architectural technical design solutions across all project stages

- Establishing and managing the technical design delivery strategy, programme, and outputs in collaboration with project leadership

- Ensuring coordination across multidisciplinary teams to deliver coherent and compliant design information

- Taking responsibility for design quality, technical accuracy, and level of detail across all deliverables

- Identifying potential design risks/issues and leading the team in developing robust solutions and mitigation strategies

- Overseeing production of technical drawings, models, reports, and presentation materials

- Leading the preparation of Design, sketches, and presentations to communicate design intent to stakeholders

You will also collaborate with project leadership to define project scope, programme, deliverables, and resource requirements. You will manage delivery across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, you will provide coaching and technical guidance to junior and senior team members, drive a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, and support staff development and training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 15+ years of experience in the architectural/construction industry

- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects

- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards

- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other BIM tools

- Strong expertise in construction methodologies

- Demonstrated ability to lead technical design delivery and multidisciplinary coordination

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
