## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst in our MSS Operations Technology team.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of Production Support activities across the platform, ensuring 2nd line support requests, clarity tickets, ad-hoc queries, and support to the Application/Platform are completed and resolved.

Key responsibilities:

- Diagnose and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and usability for various system users.

- Work closely with SMEs, BAs, and QAs to provide Root Cause analysis with recommendations for improvements.

- Liaise with the vendor to get faster resolution by having constant follow-ups.

- Maintain good relationships with Upstream and Downstream systems and have visibility of the whole Front to Back trade flow.

- Help users solve data issues and perform System admin and User admin tasks.

- Escalate Critical, High, and Medium issues immediately with Business, Ops, and drive a resolution call with Production Support managers, SMEs, and Vendor.

- Generate weekly reports of Production Issues and communicate changes to Production.

- Be aware of changes going into the Production environment and own Static/Config changes.

Requirements:

- Experienced IT Production Support Analyst with post-trade experience in Cash and Debt Securities.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Confirmations, Settlements, Swift Messaging, and CREST.

- Technical literacy, including basic SQL skills, Unix commands, and Shell scripting.

- Experience in managing diverse stakeholder personalities and levels.

- Ability to build strong relationships with partner functions and business units.

- Good exposure to Monitoring, Alerting, and Reporting tools.

- Excellent analytical and planning skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
