## Description

Welocalize is seeking a native-level Urdu (Romanized) speaker to evaluate a pre-release AI model and test its performance on a client-supplied device. The role involves reviewing AI model output, testing the product, identifying display and localization issues, and writing clear reports.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Evaluate pre-release AI model output in Urdu (Romanized) for accuracy, naturalness, and quality.

- Test the Urdu experience against the English one, checking feature parity and localization.

- Identify display problems and localization errors.

- Write clear reports of issues and re-test fixes.

- Provide native-level speaker insights on navigation, usability, and language nuances.

- Work on-site in a secure area of the Welocalize office.

- Support other linguistic projects as needed.

**Job Requirements:**

- Native-level Urdu (Romanized) skills, written and spoken.

- Confidence with smartphones and laptops.

- Attention to detail and objective judgement.

- Ability to work independently and explain issues clearly in English.

- Experience in software testing, localization QA, or linguistic evaluation is a plus.
