As an Onboarding Specialist (Intern), you will design and manage the onboarding journey, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and manage the onboarding journey

- Develop, implement and improve onboarding programs across the organization

- Drive Employee Experience, ensuring a smooth transition for new joiners

- Measure onboarding effectiveness through key metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, and Workplace

- Build scalable processes, optimizing onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation

**Requirements:**

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering end-to-end onboarding programs

- Proven ability to develop and implement programs that align with business goals and drive results

- Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve employee experience

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll
