## Description

We are seeking a Learning Experience Leader to design and expand training and development programs, ensuring alignment with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives. As a Learning Experience Leader, you will create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams. You will also monitor and review trainee progress, ensure statutory training requirements are met, and maintain relevant training documents.

Responsibilities:

- Design and expand training and development programs

- Ensure alignment with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives

- Create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training

- Monitor and review trainee progress

- Maintain relevant training documents

- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field (training specifically in FinTech domain)

- Minimum qualification as a college or vocational school graduate

- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications

- Strong communication, presentation, and class facilitation skills

- Interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills

- Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and long hours

- High energy, enthusiastic, and motivational training style

- Strong organisational, planning, project management, problem-resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
