## Description

Join the M&S Café team in Forestside Shopping Centre as a Christmas Customer Assistant. This role involves working late evenings, specifically Thursday 18:00-22:00, Friday 18:00-22:00, and Saturday 20:00-00:00. You'll be a brand ambassador, providing five-star service, making food and drink recommendations, and ensuring the café runs smoothly during busy periods.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you'll need to be digitally confident, efficient, and effective. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality under pressure while focusing on customer satisfaction.

M&S offers a competitive hourly rate, plus a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
