## Description

We're seeking a Production Supervisor to lead transformation on the forefront at Ford Motor Company. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, drive performance, and impact quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance

- Lead and direct a team of employees to produce high-quality products and meet or exceed production targets

- Prioritize critical tasks, allocate human resources, and address safety and quality issues promptly

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals

- Utilize data and insights to drive improvements in efficiency and quality

- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive innovation

- Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively

- Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness

- Collaborate with team members, union, and management to continuously improve

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supervisory, manufacturing, military, or relevant experience

- Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends

- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) preferred
