## Description

We are seeking a Development Director - Art to lead and manage the Central Art Team for EA SPORTS FC Mobile Shanghai, ensuring delivery of high-quality assets for feature and live teams.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end outsourcing processes, align project schedules, priorities, and milestones with company partners and external partners, and monitor progress.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Central Art Team

- Oversee end-to-end outsourcing processes

- Align project schedules, priorities, and milestones

- Monitor progress and implement mitigation strategies

- Manage relationships with external art and co-dev vendors

- Establish clear communication channels and quality standards

- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions

- Collaborate with producers, designers, engineers, and QA teams

- Facilitate agreement between creative direction, technical feasibility, and production timelines

- Oversee and mentor junior project managers

- Support team members' professional growth and performance development

- Develop and maintain production pipelines, workflows, and documentation

- Review and approve art assets and co-development deliverables

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in project management within the game industry

- At least 2 years managing art teams and outsourcing vendors

- Solid background in mobile game development

- Experience managing co-development projects

- Proficiency in English and Mandarin

- Proficiency with project management tools and asset tracking systems

- Passion for games and understanding of current industry trends

- Experience working with international teams across different time zones
