## Description

As a Young Apprentice in the Operations area, you will have the opportunity to develop organisational skills, a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and knowledge of Facilities processes. You will perform routine activities under supervised autonomy and gain experience in supplier management, purchasing, and administrative routines.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in office organisation, guiding colleagues to store materials in designated areas

- Verify refrigerator layouts conform to established standards

- Check cleaning and catering service quality, reporting non-conformities

- Maintain Free Goods stock organisation

- Deliver Free Goods according to availability and office requests

- Identify maintenance needs and inform the responsible technician

- Send correspondence and technology materials (computers and peripherals)

- Assist in other administrative routines

**Requirements:**

- Proactive and curious, able to execute processes as planned

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Practical approach and excellent work ethic

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Availability to attend Espro course at the nearest location

- Currently enrolled in or having completed secondary education

- For candidates aged 18+, possession of voter ID and military service certificate (if applicable)
