## Description

We are seeking a Senior Programmatic Advertising Partner Manager to develop, grow, and manage relationships with many of OfferUp's programmatic advertising business partners. As an OfferUp business development team member, you will own the day-to-day management of key partnerships that contribute to OfferUp's advertising revenue.

Key responsibilities include strategic partner management, platform optimization, yield and performance analysis, technical implementation and troubleshooting, ad quality and user trust, and strategic development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, growing, and optimizing third-party programmatic advertising partnerships, in the online and digital advertising space. They will also have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative climate to problem-solve to successful outcomes.

This role reports to the VP of Advertising and Business Development and is based in Bellevue, WA, with some domestic travel required. Compensation range is $175,000-$195,000 per year, depending on experience.
