## Description

Ferrari is seeking a dedicated intern to support the HR Industrial team in developing engagement programs for blue-collar employees. The goal is to promote continuous improvement, motivation, and participation in company activities.

As an intern, you will assist the HR Business Partner with daily tasks such as employee life cycle management, updating reports, and analyzing KPIs.

The ideal candidate is a recent master's graduate or current master's student in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field. You should have a passion for the automotive industry, innovative solutions, and prior work experience through internships or projects.

Key requirements include:

- Strong communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

- Fluent English
