## Description

As a Premier Executive Seedling in Tijuana, you will provide top-notch financial services to clients in the Mass Affluent Advance and Premier segments.

Your main goal will be to offer personalized advice and support to meet their short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial needs.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service to assigned clients

- Retain and grow client portfolios through collaboration with business units

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Administer client portfolios

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or Engineering

- At least 4 years of customer service experience

- At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial sector

- At least 2 years of experience with Premier products and services

- AMIB Figure 1 certification

- Knowledge of markets and external regulations

- Familiarity with financial mathematics

- Proficiency in operational systems and branch procedures

- Intermediate English language skills

- Microsoft Office proficiency

- Strong sales orientation and passion for identifying client needs
