## Description

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a 6-month internship in the Corporate Real Estate / Environment department from July to December 2027.

**About the Team** The Corporate Real Estate / Environment team consists of 1 Associate, 1 Counsel, and 2 Collaborators, handling private and public law matters related to real estate activities, including acquisitions, sales, financing, commercial leases, and environmental law.

**Internship Responsibilities** As an intern, you will assist the team with:

- Conducting legal research

- Drafting legal consultations and contracts in French and English

- Participating in acquisition and sale operations (audits, reports, contractual documentation)

- Supporting colleagues and associates with daily case management

**Profile** The ideal candidate is a Master's degree student (or graduate) in Law, with a focus on Real Estate or Environmental Law. Fluency in English and prior experience in a similar field are desirable.
