## Description

We are seeking a Patient Administrator to join the team at The Saxon Clinic in Milton Keynes, part of Circle Health Group. This bank role works on an 'as and when required' basis, requiring flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey

- Ensure Circle Health Group best practice process maps are followed to provide an efficient service

- Deal with patient queries efficiently and professionally

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail

- Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received via email

- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure appropriate measures are taken

- Comply with all relevant mandatory training

Requirements:

- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2

- Proficient in using a PC, software, systems, and data entry

- Basic financial awareness

- Previous administration experience essential, preferably in a private healthcare environment

- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively

- Previous front-of-house experience desirable with proven customer experience

- Hospital experience desirable but not essential
