## Description

As a Customer Experience Manager at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the overall customer experience across the store. You will ensure that the store delivers on its customer commitments, manage the front-end checkout operation, and oversee the petrol station if applicable.

You will also be responsible for people management, including managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate. At times, you may assume overall responsibility for running the store, making sure that all colleagues are given direction and support to deliver for the customer.

The ideal candidate will have previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment, and be truly obsessed with customers and service. You will have experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment, and be able to deliver KPIs and manage disciplinaries.
