## Description

We are seeking a people-focused, hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team at Goodwood Bar & Grill, a café celebrating local, seasonal ingredients. As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience. You will lead by example, ensure smooth shifts, look after guests, and motivate the team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead shifts and inspire your team

- Create a warm, welcoming vibe for guests

- Help train and develop team members

- Support management and keep service smooth

**Requirements:**

- Experience in a café, restaurant, or bar, ideally in a Supervisor role

- Great communication and leadership skills

- Ability to stay calm under pressure

- Genuine love of food, people, and hospitality
