Job Summary: Plan, direct, organise, and control the comprehensive management of Food and Beverage, ensuring operational excellence in restaurants, bars, events, and other services under your responsibility, meeting quality, safety, service, and guest experience standards set by the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy and integrated operation of Food and Beverage in the hotel, ensuring business objectives and service standards are met.

- Define and execute strategic planning for the area, aligned with General Management guidelines.

- Manage budget, financial results, costs, expenses, and profitability of Food and Beverage operations.

- Develop the gastronomic and commercial proposal for restaurants, bars, events, and other sales points.

- Ensure compliance with quality, service, hygiene, food safety, and safety standards.

- Lead and develop the Food and Beverage team, promoting a high-performance culture, training, recognition, and continuous improvement.

- Analyse management indicators and area results, identifying opportunities and defining action plans to improve efficiency, profitability, and guest experience.

- Strategically manage human, material, and financial resources in the area, promoting cost optimisation and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with different hotel areas and key stakeholders to ensure integrated and result-oriented operation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Gastronomy, or related fields.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Food and Beverage.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Manager or Head positions.

- Experience in integrated management of Food and Beverage operations, restaurants, bars, and events.

- Solid knowledge of cost management and control, budgets, and inventories in Food and Beverage.

- Knowledge of food safety and safety, BPM, and HACCP.

- Experience in team leadership and development.

- Advanced English.
