## Job Overview

The Office of the Chief Commercial Officer at Anthropic is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to join their small team. This role works closely with the CCO, go-to-market leadership, and company leadership on Anthropic's highest-priority commercial initiatives.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Drive priority go-to-market initiatives from plan to delivery, removing blockers and escalating early when needed.

- Build analysis and recommendations for executives, turning input from multiple teams into actionable documents.

- Prepare content for the CCO, leadership team, and Board, including updates, meeting materials, and leadership offsites.

- Track the go-to-market organization's top priorities, maintaining a current view of status, owners, and risks.

- Act as a bridge between go-to-market and other teams like Product, Finance, and Legal.

- Step in to run important projects without clear owners and hand them over cleanly once they have a permanent home.

- Close out executive requests quickly and to a high standard.

## Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar environment working with senior executives.

- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and get to clear recommendations.

- Proficiency with data analysis tools like spreadsheets, SQL, or AI tools.

- Clear and concise writing and speaking skills for executive audiences.

- Willingness to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities.

- Experience with AI tools as a core part of work.

- Commitment to Anthropic's mission of safe and beneficial AI.

## Nice to Have:

- Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software.

- Background in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or customer success.

- Familiarity with large enterprise buying and adoption processes.

## Logistics:

- Annual salary: $190,000 - $270,000 USD.

- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Required field of study: Relevant to the role.

- Location-based hybrid policy: At least 25% office time.
