## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Mannheim. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations. You will work closely with customers to provide excellent service and represent our brand.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Increasing KPIs and exceeding expectations
* Converting customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors
* Providing excellent customer service and embodying our brand style
* Approaching passersby, sparking curiosity, and inviting them into the store with targeted traffic-stopping techniques

Requirements:

* Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
* Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and the willingness to represent our brand
* Ideally, make-up artist experience
* Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
* Deutschniveau B2
