## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Executive Communications to lead internal and external communications for the Chief Experiences Officer.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that supports the executive's mission, business goals, and team positioning. This involves creating clear, compelling narratives that define the market opportunity and build credibility, confidence, and understanding of EA's long-term strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and leading internal and external communications strategies

- Serving as a strategic advisor to the Chief Experiences Officer

- Managing media relations and executive visibility opportunities

- Building strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders

- Overseeing internal communications and channels

- Directing high-impact presentations and external speaking opportunities

Requirements:

- 14+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields

- Significant experience advising C-suite executives or senior leaders

- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills

- Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives

- Deep experience with media relations, thought leadership, and high-stakes communications

- Strong understanding of business, technology, entertainment, gaming, media, and cultural trends
