## Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic Identity Security, to shape how organizations understand and address emerging security challenges posed by AI agents. You'll build the narrative, positioning, and market-entry strategy for Apono as part of 1Password.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop the narrative and market-entry strategy for Apono's next chapter as part of 1Password.

- Evaluate existing positioning and messaging, preserving what's valuable and evolving what's no longer relevant.

- Build a deep understanding of customers, personas, use cases, market dynamics, and challenges organizations face as AI agents interact with enterprise infrastructure.

- Own messaging, product marketing strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, and content direction.

- Partner closely with senior product, engineering, marketing, sales, and go-to-market leaders to connect strategy across the business.

- Bring ideas from strategy through execution, refining the story and priorities based on customer and market feedback.

**Requirements:**

- Experience in cybersecurity, deep technology, or B2B software, with an understanding of technical buyers and complex markets.

- Clear strength in product marketing, such as product launches, market-entry strategy, positioning, messaging, or narrative development.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear priorities, plans, and outcomes.

- Proactive with a strong sense of ownership, identifying what needs to be done, building alignment, and moving work forward.

- Clear and confident communication with various audiences, including executives, product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

- Thoughtful use of AI tools and agents to improve research, planning, messaging, and workflow scale.

- Annual base salary between $152,000 USD and $220,000 USD.
