## Description

We are looking for a Trainee Quality Assurance to join our Quality team in Kruiningen.

As a Trainee Quality Assurance, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow into a Quality Professional.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Contributing to the assurance of food safety and quality of our products and process quality

- Identifying areas for improvement and initiating proposals for QA-related matters

- Learning to implement and input data into our quality management system

- Actively participating in internal audits

- Being willing to work in shift service (5 shifts) to gain a better understanding of our processes

- Creating a personal development plan to progress towards a staff function

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A completed HBO education, preferably in Food Technology

- Affinity with working in a production environment, particularly in the food industry

- Proactive, communicative, eager to learn, and confident

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good verbal and written communication skills, including in English
