## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll work through the night, Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 21:00 to 06:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and contribute to a positive team environment. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working collaboratively as part of a high-energy team

- Adapting to changing demands and priorities

- Competitive pay rate with a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

This is a part-time, frontline role requiring digital confidence, resilience, and flexibility.
