## Description

We are seeking an Investigator/Site Payment Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of the Contract & Centralized Services team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end investigator/site payment processes, including payment calculations, creation and management of purchase orders, and clinical trial payments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to investigators and sites

- Act as liaison among colleagues within Contract & Centralized Services, other GCO teams, and Sites

- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing payment-related inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner

- Conduct regular interim and final reconciliations for all payments

- Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and maintain audit readiness

- Support implementation and rollout of new systems and technologies

- Utilize data quality checks to ensure data accuracy for payments across multiple systems

- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Fluency in English and Polish

- 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research, preferably in clinical payment processing

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in a collaborative, virtual team environment

- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office suite at a minimum)
