We are looking for an intern to join our Leveraged & Acquisition Finance (LAF) team in Paris, which is part of the Capital Markets and Advisory division within the Investment Bank. The team provides financing solutions to private equity funds and large corporations across various sectors.

As an intern, you will assist in preparing commercial proposals and executing LBO and corporate financing mandates. Your tasks will include:

- Preparing client pitches and commercial proposals for LBOs, corporate acquisitions, refinancings, and other financing transactions

- Conducting due diligence and analysing financing opportunities, including market research and sector studies

- Developing LBO financial models and cash flow projections

- Writing briefing memos and internal credit notes

- Preparing rating agency presentations and marketing materials for syndication to investors

- Participating in client meetings

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Bac+4/5)

- Strong knowledge and interest in corporate finance, credit analysis, and financial modelling

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)

- Previous experience in investment banking, private debt, private equity, M&A, transaction services, or strategy consulting is desirable

- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, dynamism, autonomy, and teamwork abilities
